Dementia Care

DEMENTIA CARE TAILORED SPECIALLY TO YOUR NEEDS

Receive compassionate and person-centred dementia care that is specifically customised to meet the unique needs and characteristics of you or your loved one.

Dementia is a complex illness, and even minor disruptions to one’s daily routine can cause undue stress. That’s why an increasing number of families are turning to our dementia home care services, opting to keep their loved ones in the comfort of their own homes rather than placing them in residential care homes.

As a proud dementia home care agency, our nationwide team of caregivers are well-versed in providing the specialised support needed for individuals with dementia, enabling them to maintain their independence while staying in their familiar home environment.

Our advanced live-in care and support aim to create stability by placing caregivers in long-term assignments. This minimizes the anxiety and disruption often associated with frequent caregiver changes, providing a sense of continuity and trust for your loved one.

In addition to this, our caregivers offer a range of essential services, including companionship, meal preparation, light housework, assistance with domestic tasks, recreational support, and help with daily errands. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those living with dementia.

Dementia Pledge

We are committed to your well-being and understand the critical importance of experience when it comes to dementia care. We pledge that only caregivers with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals affected by dementia will be assigned to care for you or your loved one. We do not underestimate the significance of experience in providing support for this challenging illness.

Furthermore, as part of our dedication to improving our understanding and the quality of care, all our caregivers and office staff will participate in the Dementia Friends project conducted by the Alzheimer’s Society. This initiative ensures that our team is well-informed, empathetic, and better equipped to provide the highest level of care and support to those living with dementia.
